Daily yoga and meditation practice - It’s not unusual that teachers to find it challenging to maintain their own personal practice while keeping a busy teaching schedule. It is vital that teachers honour their self-practice as a time to recharge, nourish their own growth, and develop the clarity to offer yoga from their personal experience with integrity. Simply having the space to voice what's in one's heart can offer greater insights into what's needed to stay nourished on the path of teaching. We hold space for each other as we soulfully dive into the essence of what it means to be a modern human being, and set intentions to make positive and lasting changes towards our continued wellbeing.

What our last retreaters said:
"I cannot recommend a Killcare retreat with Nicole and Rod highly enough. They are the most generous hosts in every way - from sharing yogic wisdom, providing guidance on teaching yoga, cooking the most delicious and nutritious meals, guided bush walks, beautiful yoga and meditations classes and great conversation! They create such a nurturing, restorative space, and the love that they put into everything really shines through. I came to the retreat quite worn out by Sydney life, and I left feeling rejuvenated, rested and re-inspired. Also the two gorgeous dogs stole my heart!" ~ Bernie
"Thanks again for an amazing retreat. It was just perfect. The program was a perfect blend of structure and fluidity, the house was well appointed and the location absolutely stunning. As for the food....beyond words! I felt nurtured and rejuvenated. Namaste" ~ Halyna
"From the moment you walk through the door of the InYoga beach house a transformation takes place. For the next 48 hours you have permission to let go and immerse yourself in yoga... heartfelt practices, phenomenal wholesome meals, luxurious lodgings and an amazing sangha. Nicole & Rod, you should be proud... you have yet again created an amazing space for teachers to rejuvenate and consolidate with effortless learnings. Will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing your home, your wisdom and your love." ~ Simonne
"The phrase 'exactly what I needed and when I needed it' sums up my experience at a two day retreat with Nicole and Rod in August 2018. It was such a privilege to be welcomed into their stunning beach view home in Kilcare. I teach yoga in a small community studio, where I have very little access to yoga classes to develop my own practice. I have continued with many online teacher trainings, but what I needed was this place at this time. To felt nurtured, supported and encouraged in both my teaching and in my personal practice. I recently began a new meditation path and was apprehensive to share my experiences. The gentle guidance, encouragement and acceptance shown by Nicole and Rod, both reassured and encouraged me to adopt a curious and open mind in my meditation practice. Did I mention the food?! Wow! Vegan friendly, mouth watering and plentiful... Nicole is an amazing cook. I felt nurtured emotionally, spiritually and physically and I wouldn't hesitate to book in regularly. Thank you both for sharing your wisdom, your home and how you truly live your lives 'inYoga'." ~ Steph
