What is Lunar Flow?
A deeply regenerative practice that offers slow, juicy flowing movement meditation, followed by long deep holds in restorative (yin) asanas. The practice focuses on the “lunar arts” of yoga - mindful movement, meditation, mudras, mantra and pranayama, and cultivates inner wisdom of the body-mind towards healing and deep rest.
Relax and unwind as we explore a meditative, regenerative practice for deep relaxation, while transforming any stress or tension held in the body. Be carried by the rhythm of movement, and ride the currents of your breath into a sublime fusion of power and peace.
Nicole, Lulu & Mischka have been co-creating these deeply delicious yoga and live music experiences over several years. Together they weave together the physical practices of yoga with “nada yoga”, or the yoga of sound, to add an ethereal dimension to your yoga practice.
